Children over 3 years: Use 4 sprays (0.5ml) a day.

First use: Direct away from face and press the pump 3 times to prepare for use. Shake well before use. Spray directly onto the inside of your child’s cheek, hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace cap after each use.
