Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. For women of child-bearing age the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 400μg per day for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
Adult women: Take 4 sprays (0.5ml) a day prior to becoming pregnant or during pregnancy.
First use: Direct away from face and press the pump 3 times to prepare for use. Shake well before use. Spray directly into mouth onto the inside of your cheek and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace cap after each use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
