Adults and children over 12 years: Take 4 sprays (0.5ml) a day.

First use: Direct away from face and press the pump 3 times to prepare for use. Shake well before use. Spray directly into mouth onto the inside of your cheek and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. Replace cap after each use.
